PEACH CRISP
3 T. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/4 C. sugar
5 C sliced fresh peaches
TOPPING
1/2 C brown sugar 1/3 C all-purpose flour
1/2 C oats 1/2 stick of butter, softened
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, stir flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and peaches to coat well. Pour mixture into baking dish. For topping: combine brown sugar, flour and oats in small bowl and mix together. Cut in butter until crumbly and sprinkle over the top of the peach mixture. Bake for 40 minutes or until the Crisp is brown and bubbly. (you might want to put a baking sheet under to catch the juice.)
